Our firm is made up of principals Lindsey D. Pankey III and Anthony V. Cervone with Brian Gelley , and a Marketing Director, Administrative Assistant, and strategic alliance construction partner. The principals each have over seventeen years of experience in the field having worked for specialty retail brokerage firms as well as some of the area's largest retail development companies. We have transacted with most of the retailers that have expanded in South Florida either on the Landlord or Tenant's side.
